1 lb. chicken breast (fat removed)
2 jars Ragu Cheesy Alfredo Sauce
1 lb. fresh broccoli (cut into bite size pieces)
1/2 cup fat free organic milk
1/4 cup fresh parmesan cheese
1/2 lb. whole wheat or multi grain egg noodles
cut chicken into bite size pieces and brown in frying pan (use pan big enough to mix everything together). place broccoli in microwave for 4 minutes. cook noodles until tender (about 10-12 minutes).
after chicken is brown, add the cooked broccoli, milk and parmesan, stir until hot. add noodles to pan, toss and eat
SUGGESTION:
add more fresh parmesan and fresh ground pepper to your bowl.
serve with green salad and bread sticks

Jarveys Easy Green Chile And Cheese Casserole
1 stick of butter
2 small cans chopped green chiles
1 lb. jack/cheddar cheese blend
3 eggs
2 c. milk
1 c. bisquick
Place the butter in a 13X9 in. pan
Sprinkle with the green chiles then cheese.
In a separate bowl, combine the eggs and milk, then stir in the Bisquick.
Pour mixture on top of the casserole dish.
Bake in a 350* oven til light brown on top, about 25-35 minutes.
SUGGESTION:
may be good with diced ham if serving for brunch

Jarveys Guacamole
2 ripe haas avocados1 teaspoon sour cream1 tablespoon salsa1/2 lemonsalt and pepper to taste
cut avocado in half, remove pit and mash.mix remaining ingredients together with avocado and serve with chips, carrot sticks, celery and mushrooms
SUGGESTION:
top with green onions and fresh diced tomatoelemon will help the avocado stay green and fresh

1 bag of frozen fully cooked turkey meatballs
1/2 jar of grape jelly
1/2 jar of strawberry jelly
1 jar chili sauce
put all ingredients in crock pot on high temperature and cook for 4 hours

place toothpicks next to crock pot and serve

Jarveys Chicken and Stuffing Bake
1 package Stuffing Mix
4 boneless, chicken skin breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 cup lite sour cream
Mix suffing mix with 1 1/2 cup of water
layer chicken in 13 X 9 inch dish
Mix soup and sour cream, pour over chicken and then spoon stuffing on top of chicken
bake at 375 for 35 minutes or until chicken is cooked through
SUGGESTION:
serve with fresh cooked broccoli and dinner salad

Jarveys Pea Puree
24 oz frozen peas
1 TBSP dried mint
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 tsp black peper
3/4 cup fat free half and half
put the peas into a saucepan and cover with water. place over high heat and bring to a boil, cook one minute, remove from heat and drain. put the peas into a blender, add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth, about 20 seconds and serve immediately.
SUGGESTION:
top with fresh grated parmesan

Large (28 oz) can refried beans4 oz. can diced green chiles5 green onions, chopped including tops4 oz. cheddar cheese, grated4 oz. jack cheese, grated8 oz. sour cream4 oz. cream cheese
combine all ingredients (in a 13 X 9 casserole dish) reserving a little grated chees to sprinkle on top.microwave on high for 20 minutes (stirring after 10 minutes)place in serving dish and serve with chips
